Advantage and disadvantage of Single Section Gasifier

1.Advantage:

1)Low Investment of Construction: Low investment of equipment and civil work.

2)Short Period of Construction:The period of equipment production,installation and test run,commissioning of the single-section Coal Gas Station will be very short.

2.Disadvantage

1)During the operation of single-section Coal gasifier,large amount of powder of coal will be produced cause high height of empty layer,weak thickness of stock layer,feeding coal,inserting iron drill and thermal explosion. Those powder of coal will be output in coal gas and will result into blocking of coal gas pipeline.

2)Low quality of tar oil:The high temperature pyrolysis tar oil is high viscosity,bad liquidity.Those tar oil is not easy clean and utilized and also easy to block the coal gas pipeline with the pulverized coal glue output from coal gas.

3)Short transferring distance:coal powder and tar oil in the coal gas will deposit in the pipeline and will be easy blocking pipeline result into enlarging the resistance of transferring coal gas and limiting the distance of transferring coal gas.
