Screw continuous press has a very good effect of pressing dehydration on materials containing fibers. It is widely used in solid-liquid separation of materials of many industries like brewing, chemical, medicine etc.; juicing of fruit wine, fruit juice industries; sludge dewatering; garbage disposal and so on. Water in materials after pressing dehydration is no more than 60% (difference exists according to different materials). 
Juicing of fruits, vegetables like sea buckthorn fruit, grapes, sugarcane, tomatoes, aloes, gingers, celery etc.; Dewatering of materials like vinasse, tea, Chinese herbal medicine residue, cassava dregs, meyer sedge, bean dregs, stevia, gynostemma etc.; Collecting of pulp waste liquid of all-chemical pulping and semi-chemical pulping produced from sawdust, ryegrass, straw, reed etc. and dewatering after washed. 
This device is mainly made up with rack, feeding part, pressing part, transmission part and electric control part. There are double screws of counter-rotating Conveyor screw and press screw, single screw with powerful feeding device and check back device (including feeding screw, press screw and extruding screw), single screw with changeable pitch, shaft diameter and screen drum diameter, and counter-rotating double screws connected in parallel and crossed. Different screws are chosen according to different materials and producing capacity. At the taphole, pressing effect can be changed by adjusting spring pressure or oil pressure, thus the drying degree of residue discharged is adjusted. Its effect may be different according to different materials.
