TD series belt conveyor   Brief introduction: The combination of standalone and multimachine is transportation system to convey material, according to technical requirement, it can be decorated to horizontal form or oblique form. DT2 belt conveyor not only can meet the requirement of horizontal or tilted conveying, but can adopt the transportation form of convex three-arc-sect, concave three-arc-sect or straight conveying. The lumpiness of conveyed material is decided by the belt width, belt speed, groove angle and inclination, and the frequency of the large material appearing. The common working temperature of conveyor is  -25°C~ +40°C. Our company also manufactures light belt conveyor and mobile conveyor.   Basic structure of TD series belt conveyor: 1 driving part: consisting of the device in the steel welded on the base of the motor—the high speed coupling—speed reducer. According to the layout, the drive device has left and right, in addition, our company can equip oil cold type electric roller with 1.5kw-13kw, speed 0.08, 1.0, 1.25. 2 rolling part: transmission cylinder and turnabout cylinder. 3 roller part: shaped groove, parallel, self-aligning and buffer roller. 4 cleaning part: spring sweeper and empty section sweeper. 5 unloaded part: stationary plough discharger and electric discharger. 6 brake part: belt non-return device and roller non-return device. 7 accessories: the shell, feed channel, funnel, etc.   Application: Belt conveyor is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, ports, transportation, water and electricity, chemical and Other departments to load, ship, reproduce or accumulate various disperses or articles materials whose loose density is 500-2500kg/m3 in normal temperature.   Technical parameters of TD series belt conveyor:
