Shine biomass veneer dryer is designed to dry core dry press plywood , hardwood veneer plywood and Other plywoods. Our wood veneer drying line adopt new technology and advanced controlling system, it could work more effective and quality drying with lower power. The plywood dryer machine' working principle is use the hot blast stove to produce high temperature by burning waste wood or raw coal from the veneer factory through the hot blast stove. Under the action of a high speed rotating fan in the machine, the hot air is sent to the nozzle located in the machine and then the strong injection is passed through the nozzle. Spray the hot air onto the upper and lower surfaces of the veneer in operation, so as to achieve the effect of drying. After the veneer is dried by roller veneer dryer, the veneer is flat and the moisture content is relatively uniform. The wood dryermachine have to be used together with wood chipper , as the wood chips size can't be larger than 5 cm. We also can design the veneer dryer as customer's requirements.
