Product Description
Shine biomass veneer dryer is designed to dry core veneer at thickness of 0.6-8mm. The plywood dryer machine's working principle is burning crushed waste wood, tree barks, waste veneer, etc from the veneer factory to heat air and supply to the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger emit the hot air and supply to the jet nozzles and then to the top and bottom of the moving veneer so as to achieve the effect of drying. After the veneer is dried by roller veneer dryer, the veneer is flat and the moisture content is relatively uniform. The wood dryer machine have to be used together with wood chipper , as the wood chips size can't be larger than 8cm
